The most beautiful poem I have ever read (in some Danielle Steel novel) goes like this....
When young
Did you ever run on sidewalks,
Playing the game
Of avoiding cracks?
Or, much later,
Straddle hairlines mentally
And strut vicarious tightropes,
Dreading, yet perversely courting,
Disaster from a fall?
'Disaster' did I say?
An aberrant word!
For there are other falls and penalties
Not only catastrophic,
But cushioned by largesse
Of joy and glory.
Falling in love is one.
Yet wisdom cautions:
A fall is a fall
With aftermaths of hurt and pain
Only delayed, not circumvented.
Tish, tosh!
Away with wisdom!
Hooray for crazy pavings, tightropes, hairlines!
Right now, who's wise, or wants to be?
Not I.
Are you?

"Phoolon ke is chaman mein," by Arunima

Dreaming, by Achint
Dreams are awkward,
yes they are
Reality for me,
is quite too far
Mountains are high,
rainbows are bright
This is what,
my dreams are like
They give me a hazy picture
Of what lies in the future
Believe me if you might
Or carry on with the fight
Dream like a king
of whatever you can think
Only those ones will come true,
Which u think are made 4 u
Guy’s dream of girls
Girl’s dream of guys
Maybe it’s not reality
But it can make you cry
Dreams are like a mirror
Its reflections are so clear
Here one can be bold
and can say what is to be told
People question why we dream
The reasons though are still not seen
No matter what is its meaning
For god sake just keep on dreaming।

Faltu Funde, by Ashish Bist
Killing time has never been easy for me। Always to wonder what to do? As studying, not really an option. You have to generate new hobbies again and again and screwing old once. So this time I was watching horror flick as Halloween is on. I found out that its not easy to really scare anyone . I am not really a MCP (male chauvinist pig) but thinks that girls kind of fake this thing too. You know that scream. I hate it. Its really. Ok you are scared, why making me deaf. Oh again deviating, major concern is, not many new ideas are chipping in and aliens are not good actors in a horror flick. The culprit is I suppose new technology, when we were kids their were so many stories to be heard from all around, it was like kind of hot topic to be discussed but now the topic been limited to girls for boys and Botox for girls. Even the monkey man gone, and Delhi's night life giving ghosts run for their money. I think future of horror is in jeopardy. The big invention is needed on the Bhoots and ghosts part. May be their case study will also be there in HBR in coming years. Well it should be.

"Enlightening Realization" By Ashish Bisht
This is the question, a guy need to answer all the time "do you have any girl friend"???
When growing, this makes a magical image in his mind for women.
Therefore, the very probable question just next morning after the wedding day would be "who are you"??? And it is not just about that the make-up is not there but also ridicules things that you can't imagine like you saying "hey, hands off from my shaving blade"! The big thing, I am talking here is we guys don't plan things to the extreme! Plan does work only till getting us the 'thing'। But then we lose the whole plan, stuck in our own story and not to say for life. It take whole of our life explaining "get over it what ever I have said to you before the wedding" PLEASE. And always moaning to ourselves, looking to the empty space on the left side of the bed where a baby elephant can easily adjust himself. But we stuck to a wife who thinks our shoulder is a pillow and we are some kind of circus dog, who need to be held with those hand all the time other wise we will run away. That empty space on left side of the bed is freedom and we will never be able to get there.

"Emotional Shayari" by Simarjeet Singh

All my life I was waiting for the world war to happen but it never happened. Raising my hopes with Japan (nuked), Vietnam bio-degraded, cold war, kargil,WTO, and Pakistan unrest but I guess all fluke. Now I am ruined. without any textual knowledge, finally I have to open my books and make it up for my past 15 years. Not fair. Damn you militants.
