"Passing Thought," by Ashish Bist

Now, the next time you see a child wishing some uncle or aunty "NAMASTEE" (forcibly by parents) in a typical way "namastee karo uncle ko" watch that nudge of head upside down.
Its more of a awkward situation for a gen.Y guy or gal. And that nudge gets stringent and stringent as the age increases. But what really is missing or you can say vanished are those hands. Yea closing of those hand.

The ritual is gone. Its more probable for you to see it again in any American or British comedy movie or a show, or a yoga session world wide than in common Indian urban family. When I saw it in the perfect way in a British airways advertisement it felt awkward to me. Felt like " no this is not the way" but yea that was the correct way. Reason, because I never did it in a correct way.
